Will I Lose Weight On This Diet?

this is one of my daily diets
Morning
28 grams of cheerios with skimmed milk
1 banana
Snack
Apple
lunch
omlette with 28 grams of cheese and onions made with no oil
and potatos (home made fries) and no oil.
Dinner
a small bowl of brown pasta, with a small bit of vegetarian beef
Snack
1 kiwi, 1 orange, 2 strawberrys, hand full of grapes, 1 apple, half banana
and I had a 2 finger kit kat
this diet consists of NO oil, No meat (vegetarian),NO sugar or sugary drinks, NO fast foods ect…
and I have to weigh all my cereal and cheese I can not have more than 28grams of cheese or cereal
I weight it all of food scales.. and no bread, I never eat bread, maybe one peice every 3 weeks, and I only eat brown pasta.
I eat a lot of fruit, and drink nothing but water, about 8-9 glasses of water a day. and only skimmed milk.
and I do this diet everyday but have different meals but no oil in any of them.
I am looking to lose about 20 pounds slowly, like overtime in about 4-5 months, by keeping up this diet could I lose any weight? I’ve stuck to it for about 11 days now and its going reallly well.

How Much Weight Can I Lose In 3 Weeks On This Diet?

Well I have gained alot of weight over the summer holidays and I want to lower that stomach for the 6th of September, here is my planned diet:
Breakfast – Cereal *Weetos*
Lunch – Sandwhich *Ham* and a Glass of Water
Dinner – Since I have mixtures of dinners I will keep the Kcal below 500.
Supper – I do long hour babysitting so possible a banana or two at night
If you can, please can you improve on this diet and tell me how much I should lose in 3 weeks of doing this diet with some light excersize of about 20minites a day.

How Much Weight Could I Lose With This Diet Plan?

Hi. How much weight could I expect to lose per week or month with this diet plan.
1. Eat bowl of cereal, then go brisk walking for 90 minutes to 2 hours.
2. For Dinner, eat a cheese sandwich and an apple or orange. After that go jogging for 20 minutes and brisk walk for 20 .
3. For tea, eat 2 potato waffles and some fruit. Then go out brisk walking for 1 hour.
For snacks, I will eat some fruit.
It is hard for me to diet as I have a psychological problem with eating, where I only eat 4 different types of food; Potato Waffles, Fruit, Chicken Nuggets, and Cheese Sandwiches. I usually drink about 10 glasses of water a day.
How much do you think I could possibly lose, and also what I could do better or change

How Much Weight Should I Expect To Lose By Doing The Special K Diet And Using Alli?

I am doing the special k diet, which is eating a special k bar or cereal for breakfast and lunch, and then for dinner I can eat normally. But, I am also using the weight loss pill Alli. So I take Alli with each meal and then for dinner, my “regular” meal is still restricted to less than 15 g of fat. I am not necessarily exercising any more that normal (about 2-3 times a week) but simply restricting my diet. How much weight should I expect to lose in 2 weeks? In a month? How long would it take to lose 20 pounds? Thank you for your input everyone!

Would I Lose Weight With This Diet? Would It Be Immediate Like A Week?

I know this diet is not even really a diet its stupid. Just wondering if it would actually work.
1 bowl of cereal breakfast
spinach or asparagus for lunch and dinner
drinking only water
all of this for about a week how soon could someone lose weight. Would they lose a lot of weight?
