if i ate three to four bowls of cereal everyday for lets say a month will i lose weight quickly? i work out with a bowflex once a day for the past three weeks and im dieting but i think i only lost 1 pound. i really want to lose weight before school starts late august and i wouldnt think that all the weight would go back once i stopped because during school time im not really that hungry anyways.

I often eat breakfast ceral, such as Special K or Kashi GoLean, for dinner. Is that bad, considering I am trying to lose weight? I know your supposed to eat the majority of carbs earlier in the day, but sometimes the cereal box just looks so tempting. =] Will eating like that ruin my diet?

Can You Lose Weight Eating A High Carb Diet?

I’ve tried low carb diets over and over again, but I can’t seem to do them.
If i ate low calorie, but high carb could I still lose? because I eat a lot of fruit, fiber cereal, weight watchers pitas, sugar free stuff that still have carbs. for instance, I’ll go through a pack of gum in a day. each piece has two carbs! 2 times 15=30 carbs!
can i still lose?
