| We all should know that oatmeal is good for you, it lowers your cholesterol, has plenty of fiber. This is better than just oatmeal, this is oatmeal with flax seed, blueberries and cinnamon. What I really like about it is I can have 2 packs for breakfast and not get hungry until lunch time. Give it a try, it is definitely better than that pastry with your coffee.. |

| I have had 3 servings of this, and in the 3 bowls of oatmeal I have had a grand total of 1 (one) blueberry. If you are looking for a healthy oatmeal, go for it. But is you like blueberries, and want to eat something similar to what is pictured on the box, save your money. |

| Unlike the other oatmeals, Nature's Path has perfected the taste of their oatmeals. Usually, microwaved oatmeal is not good. Theirs, however, is so good tasting and good for you. We are now buying it by the case to save money. |
Where are the blueberries?

| Tastes good and keeps you full for a long time, but after several boxes, still have not had a packet with more than 2 or 3 (very small) blueberries in it. The box picture makes you think it is loaded with fruit. That aside, it is nicely sweet with good texture. |
Good Taste but too high in sodium

| I ate this brand for years until I was put on a sodium restricted diet. There's no reason that I can see to add salt to oatmeal. Until Nature's Path at least lowers the sodium I'll be buying instant oatmeal with no salt added - yes it's available. |
