Expensive but worth it

| We all know the evils of white sugar, honey and maple syrup are wonderful alternatives. This one is not quite as maple-y as some I've tried, but perhaps it is just the way the weather was for this harvest. I think I'll buy it again, however...and if you are new to maple sirups, remember that grade 'B' is usually more flavorful and dark. |

| I am very happy with the Brown Family Farm Maple Syrup. The 16 oz containers are a nice size and easy to handle. The syrup is high quality and I would buy again. |
Tasty and much cheaper than the grocery store

My wife and I both really enjoy real maple syrup. Unfortunately, it's pretty expensive at our local grocery store. I was pretty pleased to find this on Amazon, and on a very nice sale. Amazon frowns on putting prices into reviews, but we paid somewhere around 40% less than the average price Amazon sells this product for. At that price point, it is a genuine bargain.
The flavor and texture of the syrup are good. Not excellent, but good. The best maple syrup I've ever had came from the east side of Indiana, near Angola. It was thick, dark, and full of flavor. This Brown Family brand is not as good, but it is significantly better than what we get at our grocery store. I'd say if you can find it on sale here on Amazon, it's really a great purchase. At full retail price, it's less desirable.
4/5 Stars if you find it on sale. |

| Was excited to receive my Pure Maple syrup but disappointed in the taste. It tasted like sugar with a tiny bit of maple flavor (and I mean tiny). I won't purchase again. |
